Daniel J. Sherry Jr. Believes Penn State Cannot Invoke Sovereign Immunity

Daniel J. Sherry Jr. was interviewed by the Legal Intelligencer and asked if he believed Penn State University could invoke sovereign immunity as a defense in child sex abuse scandal.

“There’s absolutely no question” that Penn State cannot invoke sovereign immunity, said Sherry. “State schools could have an argument.”
