Jess Colliver is a Philadelphia personal injury attorney at Eisenberg, Winkler, Jeck, Schwartz, Schoenhaus & Sherry. Since joining the firm in July 2021, Jess has committed her practice to representing plaintiffs who have been catastrophically injured by the actions of others, and primarily handles product liability cases and professional malpractice actions.
Jess joined Eisenberg, Winkler, Jeck, Schwartz, Schoenhaus & Sherry after practicing law for two years at a regional Mid-Atlantic law firm defending healthcare providers in malpractice litigation involving catastrophic injuries. Before entering private practice, Jess clerked for the Honorable Lisa M. Rau of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for two years.
Jess attended Temple Law’s evening program while working as a legal assistant in the Philadelphia office of Reed Smith LLP. During law school, Jess won six different “Distinguished Class Performance” awards, was on the Dean’s List for five semesters, and was an editor of the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review, which published her comment in Spring 2016. Jess also interned at the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, the Montgomery County Public Defender, and the Defender Association of Philadelphia.

Jess, Fred Eisenberg, Stewart Eisenberg, and Dan Sherry, Jr., secured a confidential $65 million dram shop settlement on behalf of two families from New York after a car carrying four occupants, none of whom were married, was hit head-on by a drunk driver who had been over-served a significant amount of alcohol at a resort facility, killing two and leaving the other two permanently injured.
It is believed that this is one of the largest dram shop settlements in the history of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
$36.5 Million Defective Tire Case Settlement (Confidential)
Jess, Fred Eisenberg, and Dan Sherry, Jr., secured a confidential $36.5 million settlement in a defective tire case involving a 20-year-old tire.
$35 Million Defective Tire Case Settlement (Confidential)
