Joshua B. Schwartz is a Philadelphia personal injury attorney and partner at Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck. For nearly 15 years, Josh has committed his practice to representing plaintiffs in complex wrongful death and catastrophic injury matters. At Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, P.C., Josh primarily handles cases involving medical malpractice, product liability, and childhood sexual abuse.

As a personal injury attorney, Josh has investigated and tried many complex cases with our law firm. His work has resulted in multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for catastrophic injury victims and their families. Josh is the past Chair of the Future Leaders Section of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.

Education

Josh received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Rhetorical Theory from The Pennsylvania State University. He also completed a semester abroad at The Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. While there, he taught English classes at Czech high schools.

Then, Josh earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law, where he received Widener Law’s Outstanding Student Service Award as well as the President’s Service Award. While attending law school, Josh served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Matthews of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.

Community Involvement

Josh gives back to the community by representing indigent clients pro bono. He is also co-founder of The Spruce Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Philadelphia youth.
