Jordan Schlossberg is a Philadelphia personal injury attorney at Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, with over 15 years of experience serving clients who have been injured by the negligent or intentional misconduct of others. His practice is focused on representing plaintiffs in complex wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury matters. Specifically, Jordan concentrates his practice on medical malpractice, product liability, vehicle accident, premises liability, civil rights, and childhood sexual abuse cases.

Before joining Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck in 2025, Jordan was a shareholder at a prominent Philadelphia-area law firm, where he obtained numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of the firm’s clients, including during trials where Jordan had first chair responsibilities. Jordan was the youngest partner in the history of that law firm.

Jordan has brought to Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck his decade-and-half worth of experience seeing that justice is served against wrongdoers whose actions have caused catastrophic injuries and changed the lives of the people who suffered those injuries.

“I pride myself on not only helping my clients win their legal battles, but also protecting them financially, giving my clients peace of mind that I have their backs, and making sure that every decision is in their best interest. My clients feel heard and are taken care of because our goals are aligned.”

Jordan graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science.

To advance his trial practice and better serve his clients, Jordan returned to law school in 2020 and obtained a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Trial Advocacy, graduating “with honors” from Temple University Beasley School of Law, the nation’s #1 ranked school for Trial Advocacy, as reported by U.S. News and World Report.
