Ken Rothweiler and Daniel Jeck Lead Webinar on Effective Mediation

Ken Rotherweiler & Daniel Jeck present at a webinar today.

Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, P.C., shareholders Ken Rothweiler and Daniel Jeck led a webinar on September 16 titled, “Effective Mediation.”

The webinar was sponsored by the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. Joining Ken and Dan in leading the webinar was Hon. Diane M. Welsh (Ret.) from JAMS, the world’s largest private alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider.

“At Eisenberg Rothweiler, we view mediation, which is a voluntary process through which parties to a legal dispute can resolve the dispute without going to trial, as an important step in our efforts to get the best possible outcomes for our clients,” said Ken. “When our attorneys successfully mediate a case, our clients can begin putting their lives back together much sooner than they would be able to do if they had to wait, often for another year or more, until a favorable jury verdict at trial.”

“The attorneys at Eisenberg Rothweiler approach our clients’ mediations with the same intensity and level of preparedness as we do our clients’ jury trials,” said Dan. “Just like with those jury trials, when we mediate cases we devote the extra time, effort, and expense that few law firms are willing to devote in pursuit of resolving our clients’ cases as favorably as possible.”

Co-founder and senior shareholder of our law firm, Philadelphia medical malpractice attorney Kenneth M. Rothweiler began his career as a legal clerk for the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Dedicated to complex personal injury litigation, he has tried more than 100 jury trials. These cases resulted in some of the largest verdicts in Pennsylvania.
