The Media Borough Council has elected Brian C. Hall, Esq., of Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg, & Jeck, P.C., to serve as its President. The Council is a seven-member governing body for the town of Media, Pa., a town of 5,500 residents. “As President of the Media Borough Council, I will work with the residents and businesses in Media to continue our community’s success and prosperity, while maintaining the values that make it special,” Hall said. “My goals include maintaining balanced budgets and a balanced approach to development in Media, as well as encouraging residents to participate in their local government.”

Prior to being voted its President, Hall served on the Media Borough Council from January 2006 to January 2010. He is also a board member of the Chester-Ridley-Crum Watersheds Association and served as a member of the Media Comprehensive Advisory Group.

As an associate at Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Hall represents victims of catastrophic injuries and their families in complex, person injury litigation. His practice focuses on medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, crashworthiness, and automobile and construction accidents. As coordinator of the firm’s pro bono program, Hall has performed community service representations for those involved in automobile negligence and premises liability cases.

Hall resides in Media with his wife Celia and daughters Lucy and Emma. After graduating from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, Hall received a Master’s degree in literature from Columbia University and a Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law.

It takes a specific mindset, specialized skills and substantial resources. The types of cases we handle are not the average personal injury. They involve severe, permanent injuries to people that radically affect their lives forever, or in some instances, even cause their death.
